“My inspira-zone is an L-shaped table , a comfy chair , flanked by books , my daily journals, a scented candle , family pictures , childish craft , (work) laptop, yoga mat and weights , water bottle , music books . My inspira-zone contains a little of everything that I am enthusiastic about. It is here that I come to recharge and create. ” My days , and indeed mindset , transformed when I had the opportunity to develop my small inspira-zone. Bucket list – check 😊 What do you consider your very own “inspira-zone” ? Go on and create it ..... What is your own Zen Space? For this purpose, you can create your own personal Zen space. This is a space you can build yourself, no matter how much money or resources you have. This is your space, a place where all the noise of your life ceases to exist. [ A sacred place] is an absolute necessity for anybody today.
