meaningful morning moments

Grateful for the beautiful niche I have discovered under my very nose after years of living in my Melbourne home .  Moved around the oriental center table in the formal living area and voila !  Transformation from an unused seating space to a peaceful spot that sets the tone for my day.     
 
Closed off , but without being claustrophobic in the least.   Large expansive window panes  that invite the morning sunshine .   Hint of an orange autumnal morning sky , while I stretch in gratefulness and salute the sun  ,   while I try to dispel early morning cortisol  ,  and replace fear with peace  ,  anxiety with healthy anticipation for all that the day ahead may dish out.    A symbol of life in miniature.  Birth at sunrise.  Peace and fulfillment at sunset. A feeling of being grounded , of coming home , of finding oneself , of timelessness. 
 
The joy and amazement of discovering something new and meaningful , that was there all along.
