MOTHER'S DAY AFFIRMATIONS

This one is dedicated to the mothers in my country of birth , my motherland India. 
To my own mother who resides in Bangalore  . To the other heroic mothers in my family , in Australia my new home  , in the world .... "Mothers without Borders"

​Sharing a few of my own affirmations as well as a powerful 15-minute quiet reflective guided morning meditation routine that is helping me get through chaotic pandemic mornings and the worry about loved ones far away.  

Today is a wonderful day , because my family have all woken up safe , healthy and well.  

Today i pause to admire my family , near and far , I take the time to understand their own journeys and not where i think they should be going.  

Today i will connect with at least two family and friends sharing messages of positivity and cheer.  
 
​Today i will enjoy my usual routine , value-add where possible and undertake every task with joy and ease.
